The grapes are mainly grown in the estate’s vineyards where there are training systems of the Aglianico, Sangiovese, Merlot, Piedirosso, and Coda di Volpe rootstock and also mixed vine stocks. The varietals are cultivated with the traditional techniques of the zone, renowned as the “vine trellising” system, whereas the younger vines are cultivated with the “cordon spur” and the Guyot pruning methods. The winery produces an extensive range of choice wines, the value of which is guaranteed by faithful adherence to traditional vinification methods, suitably integrated with the use of modern technologies (without changing basic features) having the only constant objective of targeting the best quality.
